WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Any Aquinas Academy student in Transitional Kindergarten through Grade Eight may participate in our After Care Program.

WHEN IS AFTER SCHOOL AVAILABLE?
After School is provided from 3 to 6:00 PM on each day that school is in session. 

WHAT IS THE FEE FOR AFTER SCHOOL?

• $15/day for one child
• $20/day for two children
• $25/day for three or more children

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY?
Payment is due at the time of registration. All payments must be made in advance for children to be permitted into the program. Payments will be only accepted through our online payment system. Special arrangements can be made for individual circumstances for payment by check. Please contact the principal: [email protected]
Please complete the online form to indicate how many days per week your child will be attending when making your payment. 

WHAT ARE THE AFTER SCHOOL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES?
Students will NOT be released to an individual that:

• Is not an adult
• Is not on your approved pick-up list indicated on the Emergency Form
• Is not able to produce a valid photo ID 

ALL families must SIGN OUT your child each day in the presence of an AQA employee.

• Students MUST be picked up no later than 6:00 PM.
• Students picked up after 6:00 PM will be charged $1 for every minute late.  For example, if you pick up your child at 6:10 PM, you will be charged an extra $10 to be paid within one week of the late pick-up.
• If you know you will be late, please call the AFTER SCHOOL program at 973-992-7158.  This number is activated between 3 - 6:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE - alerting us that you will be late still requires you to pay a late fee.

WHAT WILL MY CHILD DO IN AFTER SCHOOL?
The daily routine includes:

• Snack (Bring your own packaged nut free snack)
• Homework
• Outdoor Physical Activity - i.e. basketball, jumprope
• Indoor Brain Activity - i.e. board games, arts and crafts
