Health, Safety and Physical Education enhances development of the whole child:   physically, cognitively, emotionally and spiritually.  Our preschoolers gain strength and balance by learning to:

• Develop self-help and personal hygiene skills
• Identify nutritious food choices

• Participate in physical play indoors and outdoors

• Engage  in a formal gym class with the Aquinas Academy physical education teacher
• Take part in group and individual  activities that reinforce gross and fine motor skills
