Middle States accreditation is an extraordinary gift to any institution, engendering a process of self-study involving every stakeholder, which enables us to better understand what we have done and what we need to do. Accreditation ultimately delivers a road map to success not only for Aquinas Academy itself, but, more importantly, for the students we wish to educate and form into the good Christian citizens we firmly believe and know they are called to be.
Our first accreditation was awarded in April 1992. This process presented a valuable opportunity for administration, faculty, clergy and parents to expand the curriculum in order to enrich students' learning and prepare them for the future. The accreditation cycle repeated with a self-study that began in 2000 and lead to a second Certificate of Accreditation in April 2002. Outcomes focused on updating academic practices and technologies. With the 2011-2012 school year serving as the beginning of the self-study period, our last accreditation was completed in 2013. On April 28th, 2022 we earned our re-accrediation.
