Payment is made in ten installments starting July 1, 2024 and ending on April 1, 2025. The tuition amount is the same regardless of the number of days of service in a given month. All tuition must be paid in full by April 1, 2024. Families withdrawing prior to the end of the school year are required to pay all upcoming tuition. All fees are non-refundable.
All Programs (Full, Half and School Day) follow the Aquinas Academy school calendar.
FEES:- SMART Fee: The SMART processing fee of $56 which includes the use of one (1) SMART account per family for the academic year.
- Application Fee: The application, which is found on our school website aqanj.org, requires a $50 fee.
- Registration Fee: Each family is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $150.
- Deposit: A $200 deposit per child is due at registration. That fee will be deducted from the April 1, 2025 tuition payment.
- Late Fee: Tuition that is not paid by the due date will be assessed a late fee of $40.
- Activity Fee: All families are required to pay $200 per family. This $200 fee consists of a $150 HSA Fundraising obligation and $50 for other various activities throughout the year. This fee will be added to your July tuition payment.
